The first time I got connected with Ki-Max was in January this year. I hadn’t made my purchase at the time as I was a little hesitant and I got many options of vendors. In my previous impression, I thought Chinese products were cheap and of inferior quality, but I wanted to give it a try. I then bought a pendent lamp sample on DHgate in April from one of the potential vendors and I was extremely disappointed when I got it. The quality was not bad but it’s marked as CE certified not UL and it couldn’t be used in the US. I talked with Fiki, the sales manager in Ki-Max and she immediately figured out the solution and swiftly sent me the exact UL certified pendent lamp sample per my requirements. I have to say, I was really amazed at how efficient Ki-Max is, they saved us a lot of time and helped us win the project. After which we placed the order to Ki-Max and we received the goods after 45 days. We made a general inspection and was very pleased with the superior quality of their lamps. Our customers were quite happy with it as well. We dare to say, Ki-Max is the most responsive vendor a buyer could get, they’re the expert and they act fast. We’d turn to them first hand whenever there’s a project.

We have five quality control personnel who inspect all incoming materials. Before shipment, a round of full inspection is conducted to ensure all products are 100% qualified before leaving the factory and to ensure customer satisfaction.
For samples, after approving shop drawings and finish samples, it is 30-45 days. The lead time is 45-60 days if it involves tooling and molds.
For mass production, after confirming the samples, the lead time is 45-60 days.
For regular products, the general lead time is 30-35 days.

After confirming the production of the sample, start paying the sample fee. Our engineering team will begin creating shop drawings and send them to you for approval. We also provide finish samples for your approval.

Yes, we are a professional hospitality lighting manufacturer. Since our establishment in 2011, we have been focused on the decorative lighting field. Our factory currently employs approximately 40 people, including a 5-person engineering team, 25 production staff, and 5 quality control officers responsible for comprehensive inspections. The rest are responsible for material procurement and some internal operations. We supply lighting fixtures to many brand hotels, such as Hilton, Sheraton, Marriott, Intercontinental, Four Seasons, Waldorf, and other brand hotels.
We do not have an MOQ. With many years of experience in custom hospitality lighting, we can accommodate the production of both numerous styles and small quantities for hotels.
